This pictures shows a very good peak of emotion. The photographer captured the expression and feeling this guy had at that moment. Fill in the Frame, I think it looks very good but it would look a little better if the focus were more on him instead of the back of the room.
This pictures also shows really good peak of emotion in the movement of his hands, like he's trying to explain something. Fill in the fram, I think the picture should be a closer shot maybe coming from a lower angle and focusing on the expression on his hands or his face.
